Departure was the first song written for Obviate back in March of 2016. This song remains largely instrumental when played live (most of the other songs have vocals throughout) and for good reason. This song represents the beauty and ephemeral bliss of induced happiness, and that all induced happiness will end by delving into chaotic structure by the end.
